Manufacturing's challenge

Manufacturing needs to attempt to push legislatures to become friendlier to industry -- that's a certainty. Political figures at all levels appear to appreciate that accommodating the needs of industry may be necessary.
Change in the attitudes of government officials is needed because in the situation we face, without such change, successful operation of a manufacturing company is borderline impossible, and anyone who tries to do the impossible will fail.
Yet despite all, it's worth remembering that the skills and values of individuals are critical to wealth creation. Those skills and values reside within your mind and soul and can't be taken from you. They will remain the ultimate source of your prosperity and the nation's.
